Everyone knows that home ownership is the American Dream. That dream can quickly become a nightmare, however, for uninformed buyers. Even newly constructed homes can hide costly mistakes – mistakes that may not be visible to the untrained eye.

Located in Plano, Texas, Mr. Skips Home Inspections provides quality home inspections to property owners. As a certified home inspector, Mr. Skips has provided home inspections, thermal imaging and representation for buyers who are purchasing a new home. He makes the inspection process a smooth and simple experience, providing each client with his experience and expertise when inspecting each home from top to bottom.

Your home is a major investment. Whether you intend to stay in it forever or plan to move someday, chances are that you will spend the next several years in your new home. Taking the time to get a professional home inspection is completely worth it. There may be unexpected surprises lurking in your potential property that could pop up farther down the road, some of which could make it impossible for you to leave or sell your house at a decent price, even if you want to leave.

With more than 13 years of experience and certified as a master inspector by InterNACHI, Mr. Skips provides you with the certainty and confidence that your new home isn’t harboring any hidden issues or potential hazards that you can’t find on your own. His inspection will give you the peace of mind you need that your home is safe and perfectly functional before making your purchase.

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Each has different qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing.  And unlike most professionals, you may not have the opportunity to meet me in person until after you hire me, so you must make your decision based on the information you see here on this website, and by talking to me on the phone.

One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.

If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I assure that I will give you my very best effort.

This I promise you.
