Gemstone Home Inspections, LLC is not a franchised inspection service, we are a locally owned and operated inspection service.  Bob Boyko is the owner operator and is personally responsible and committed to your 100% satisfaction.  Gemstone’s inspection report is not paper, we provide a modern digital report that can also be printed.  The report is interactive and is leagues over a simple paper report.  Your report will have color images, video, informative links and can be viewed from your phone or computer.

Gemstone uses the latest technology like infrared scanning and robotic cameras, these are expensive devices that other inspectors may not have invested in but can dramatically increase the effectiveness of an inspection.  Inspecting without including infrared scanning is “Just looking around” the infrared camera can see minute differences in temperature which reveals moisture and air leaks which cannot be seen by the naked eye.  We are committed to giving you the best inspection possible, that’s why we include infrared with every inspection.

Bob provides an outstanding service. He inspected a property that is under contract for a client that lives out of the area and was unable to view the house in person.
