Lonnie Wagner has had a long history in rental property ownership and maintenance. He is competent and experienced in virtually all the trades necessary for home maintenance and improvements. Lonnie shares Don's desire to help home buyers become aware of the nuances and idiosyncrasies of the homes they are about to purchase. Lonnie is passionate about getting things right and making sure he canvases the properties he inspects for a complete assessment and portrayal for the buyer.
