For 20 plus years I was in IT during which I  bought, gutted and refurbished 3 foreclosed homes and did countless remodeling jobs. After the birth of my first child my wife decided I would be a stay at home dad which lasted for 8 years. My kids are in school now and I decided to start my own home inspection business. At Vetter Home Inspections we specialize in new construction Buyers receive a comprehensive pre-drywall, pre-closing, and one year home warranty inspection. Each inspections takes between 2-3 hours depending on the size of the home as well as systems to be inspected. After the inspection is complete, I will walk the property with you to review findings and answer questions. A comprehensive report will be provided within 24 hours
