Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.  Furthermore diffrent insectors have diffrent qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, diffrent pricing.  One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work-- a lot of work.  Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.  If you permit me to inspect your new home, I gurantee that I will give you my very best service.

For the average size Home I generally require 2.5 hours on location for the thorough Home Inspection with an additional 2.5 hours when I return to the office to merge the Photo's and Narratives for the PDF report which I will deliver the very same day for you. Reports average 45 + pages depending on findings. Also included is the Termite Inspection Report NPMA-33 for you at no additional cost.
