I will email your report within 72 hours or as quickly as 24 hours if needed, and my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it. As a TREC-Licensed Home Inspector (#20706) trained and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect all of the visible and accessible systems and components of the home inside and out, from the foundation to the roof. I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which protects your interests.
