Let me bring to light the condition of your underground sanitary sewer system. Don't let the properties sewer remain a mystery. I can inspect up to 200' of sewer line, beginning at your exterior cleanout all the way to the tie-in at the municipal sewer main. This service includes a DVD of the inspection along with a narrative of the condition of the system. Problems such as root intrusions, offsets at unions and "belly's" I.E an area with standing water in which the line is sagging. Can be revealed. I offer this as an additional service to a home inspection at a discounted rate. Or if you only need the sewer inspection services we can do that as well.

*Recently during the sale of my home. The buyer asked that I have a plumbing contractor evaluate my sewer system. Without even putting a camera in the line he recommended I replaced the entire system starting at $9,000 to get to the sidewalk then it would have been time and materials to excavate to city main. Who knows what this would have ended up costing. I called Bob, he did the inspection, gave me a dvd and summery of what he found. I gave that to the buyer and we closed on the property.
