Home Inspection

Buying a home can be stressful. Your home inspection report will easy to understand and tell you all you need to know.

The majority of items will be minor repairs and maintenance items. However, you'll also want to know is a larger problem exists.

Don't worry! A home inspection isn't to alarm you. It's to equip you with what you need to have the home you desire.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Identify any potential issues before buyers inspect your house. Getting ahead of repairs, safety, and maintenance will increase your likelihood to close.

Your buyer will have a home inspection done. The less there is to find, the smoother the transaction.

Radon Testing

To some degree, Radon exists in almost all soils. The gas moves up through cracks and holes in your foundation. The only way to check for this odorless gas is a Radon test.

Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

Also known as a Termite inspection; I'll check your house for more than termites. Many signs exist for the different wood destroying organisms. I will point out any structural damage related to wood destroying insects.

Well Flow Test

Well Flow Tests determine if a given well can supply enough water for a family of four. The Well Flow Test will also uncover issues with the well itself or associated equipment.

Water Quality Test

Testing water quality for any home with a private well or lead supply lines is a good idea. The test will uncover any possible contaminates in the drinking water.

A Bit About Me...

I strive to be thorough and efficient in all my home inspections. I got into different aspects of the real estate world a few years ago and was shocked at the amount of misinformation floating around.

Buying a home without knowing everything about it is a daunting experience. When I heard about the innovative and effective teaching methods at CATS of Albany I jumped at the opportunity. I am always learning and always looking for ways to better serve you.

I look forward to helping you during this stressful time.
