| What are Home Checks?
Home checks are usually conducted by
certified home inspectors or professional engineers. Home checks
usually include checks of the exterior, interior, structure,
electrical system, plumbing system, and heating and air conditioning
systems of a home.
Finding out what types of checks a
home may need is a good bit of information to know before hiring the
services of a Professional Engineer. Although these services are
mostly suggested for those buying a home, it doesn't hurt the seller
to know what to look for as well. Assessing which additions or
improvements a home may need (if any) can save both parties time and
money. A check may also be good for those planning on remodeling
or making general home improvements.
